The picture is ambiented in a party in disco in the 80s. I've imagined this little story:
Gwen is still looking this awesome boy: he has two wonderful green eyes and his hair is black and shiny. He's looking her too. She gets red, imbarassed. But goes her favourite song, and this boy picks her from her chair and invites her in the dance.
